Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for visiting my photography website. Because I provide digital files for download only, I want to be clear about my refund and return practices.

1. Digital Products – No Returns

All purchases of digital images, downloads, digital prints, or other electronic files are final.
Once a file has been downloaded or the download link has been provided, I cannot accept returns.

2. Refund Eligibility

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I may consider refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect file delivered
    (for example, the wrong image, wrong resolution, or a corrupted file)
  • Download link or file issues
    (for example, a broken link or inability to download)

To request a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of purchase and provide supporting information (order number, email used, and description of the issue).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number
  • Email used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshot or evidence (if applicable)

I will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Replacement Files

If the issue is a technical problem with the file or download, I will first try to provide a replacement file at no extra charge before issuing a refund.

5. No Refunds After Download

Once the file has been successfully downloaded and confirmed, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges, even if unused.

6. Promotional Purchases

Items purchased on sale or with discount codes are final sale and follow the same policy.
